Sunseeker Germany - Customer Service goes gold

Sunseeker Germany won the „Gold Award“ for the best customer service within the Sunseeker dealer network worldwide.
During this years’ Sunseeker Dealer Conference, hosted from 18 to 21 November 2010 in Ireland, Sunseeker Germany has been honoured with the „Gold Award“ in recognition of excellent customer service.
For the fourth year running, the German Sunseeker distributor has been awarded with a high-ranking prize. After receiving the “Silver Award” from 2007 to 2009, the „Gold Award“ 2010 is the consequent result of the company’s philosophy to continuously improve and focus on a world-class warranty and after sales service.
Every year in November, Sunseeker International invites all distributors, large suppliers and business partners to an international dealer conference, which serves as a platform to interexchange information about new models and projects and to honour a selection of dealers for their special achievements.
The recognition is based on an excellent after sales service, positive customer feedbacks after the hand-over and the fact that customer requests are always met promptly. Furthermore, the highly qualified service engineers available that guarantee to provide only the very best for the Sunseeker clients with on-site services.

This achievement has not been possible without the support of a professional and motivated team“, acknowledged Michael Suckart, Managing Director of Sunseeker Germany S.L. in Port Adriano, Mallorca.
In addition to this achievement, Sadie Wetherell also won an „Extraordinary Customer Award“ in recognition for her outstanding achievements to deliver the best after sales service for Sunseeker clients. As a Sunseeker Germany S.L. team member in Port Adriano, Sadie Wetherell is responsible for warranty issues on all yachts sold by Sunseeker Germany and works closely together with the shipyard in Poole (UK). "This came as a complete surprise" Sadie explained happily. "Every year we continually aim to surpass all expectations and offer only the very best for our clients to fully enjoy their Sunseeker boats regardless of where they may be, and to be personally rewarded for my work is quite overwhelming!"

The high customer orientation and service quality equally reflects the wide range of service offers that the Sunseeker Germany clients are able to benefit from, depending on their individual needs and personal factors. Within their office in Port Adriano, Sunseeker Germany S.L. looks after 60 yachts on Mallorca and employs 23 staff members responsible for sales and service requests around Sunseeker yachts.
