New Pischel Ribline 5.5 Concept Jet

R.I.B-LINE 5.5 Concept Jet

State of the art

The B-certificated Pischel Ribline 5.5 Concept Jet niches the RIB-market. The 5.5 Concept Jet is our new wolf in sheep’s clothing: With just a weight from 890 kg ** up and the engine output of 141 kW (190PS) it proves that it is highly efficient! Even at top speed you keep in full control of the boat due to its ingenious hull shape.

The Ribline 5.5 Concept Jet covers an extraordinarily wide range of uses. It is as fast as a speedboat, as luxuriously equipped as an Super Yacht Tender, as maneuverable and agile as a jet ski. The deadrise of the V-keel has been considerably increased. This results in being more resistant to rough water and having a better seagoing. The low weight is the result of the hand-made composite hull and the in-board engine which tips the scales at just 240 kg.

Our customers can choose between having the Concept Jet delivered with a GRP hull made of Carbon Kevlar or vacuum engineering manufactured. Just for the sake of getting an extremely powerful boat onto the water we decided on the FNM 190 HPE Diesel with Alamarin 230 Jet . The boat’s space and manoeuvrability in rough waters have nothing in common with a jet boat. The latter is solely built for use as a tender. As the high-performance boat is equipped with an upholstered couch (2,15 m long) and a standard bathing platform, it can also be used for making extended family trips.
Customers who wish to use this RIB boat as a super yacht tender should know that we can also deliver the 5.5 Concept Jet as being ready for MCA Certification.
The Concept Jet has recently been available with a diesel jet propulsion which is an interesting alternative for yacht owners who want to have not more than one sort of fuel on board.
