The Extreme Sailing Series™ is a unique concept, pitting some of the very best professional sailing teams in the world against each other on identical Extreme 40 catamarans, on challenging, tactical courses, but close to shore to provide spectacular, stadium-style entertainment for the public.
The Extreme Sailing Series™ is the only true world wide sailing series with events at 9 venues on 3 continents. The on-the-water action is complimented by bespoke VIP
corporate hospitality and attracts international media attention including a TVseries
distributed in over 100 countries.

The Extreme Sailing Series™ has been granted "Special Event Status” by ISAF, the
sport's governing body, and is a strong supporter of promoting sailing in to new
markets and to new audiences.

In Summer 2011 Marinepool has launched a dedicated Extreme Sailing Series™ Collection reflecting the action and the
adrenaline fuelled close quarter sailing for which the Series is known.

The new collection is available at the events and now also online!

The brand new Extreme Sailing Series™ Collection comprises sailing gear, jackets, polos, shirts, t-shirts, swimshorts, caps, accessories and even the famous 5th man life jackets identifying the guests and celebrities who are lucky enough to get a
ride on an Extreme40 Catamaran during one of the races around the world.

The collection is held in the predominant colours of the Extreme Sailing Series™ black/red/silver/white and the artwork on the items shows an Extreme40 yacht flyinga hull with the Extreme Sailing Series™ and X-Logo and a fleet of Extreme40
catamarans in the background.
