Constant analysis of work processes and fast identification of potentials for improvement are firmly grounded in the corporate philosophy and were also a factor in the company’s decision to expand its facilities. The shipyard was designed by arge.ateliers of Gmunden and planned in coordination with Porsche Consulting over a period of two years.

The production area of 3,000 m2 is perfect for the future-oriented projects of Frauscher Shipyard, which together with the reorganized production processes will open the way for the construction of bigger seagoing boats. The relocation of production and administration to the same premises will intensify communication between the two areas to enable even higher precision in the work processes and improved quality controls during construction of the boats.
