We want to make organising your visit to the trade fair easier for you and are therefore bringing you this new service: You will now receive your exhibitor passes in digital format. Time-consuming postage is thus dispensed with and you can share both the free and payable exhibitor voucher codes with your stand employees quickly and easily via e-mail. You can plan your trade fair run efficiently with your new exhibitor passes and remain flexible on-site.

How do the new digital passes work?

You will receive your free codes automatically by mail. If you need more codes for your booth staff, you can order more in the Online Order System for a fee.

Distribute the voucher codes to the booth staff by e-mail. Use your free codes first. Note: Only one code can be redeemed per e-mail address.

The stand employees redeem the voucher codes themselves.

Manage your exhibitor voucher codes in the Exhibitor Voucher Code Manager, which also provides you with an overview of codes that have already been redeemed.

Don't forget to apply for your visa as soon as possible.

Due to the high number of visa requests, visa appointments are currently fully booked. Thus, we would like to recommend you to make a visa application well in advance for all your upcoming business travels to Germany. Visa application can be made up to six months ahead of the travel dates. The German Consulate is trying their best to honour all visa requests for business commuters travelling to shows in Germany.

While new appointments are opening up continously, we recommend you to check the availability multiple times a day. Best chances for an appointment slot is in the mornings.
