Classic Forum - Hall 14Maritime Auction
The highlight of the "Classic Forum" is the "Private Maritime Auction", which is now in its 8th year and will take place on the Saturday of the second weekend of the fair. In addition to ship models, various maritime equipment, pictures and paintings, some originals will also be auctioned off. For example, a Boesch "590 Cabrio de luxe" from 1979, a 15 cruising centreboarder and a Rhine racing boat (both 1969) are also on the auction list. This auction is really extraordinary, as it is probably unique in Germany with its exclusively maritime orientation. A total of 72 objects and 6 ships in original size will be auctioned on January 26th, 2019. The top range of boats starts this year at 85,000 euros, while the lower range starts at 1,200 euros.
