At boot 2023. we had the opportunity to talk to offshore sailors Lea, Karla and Lena about their project and the sustainable strengthening of women's presence in offshore sailing. The Offshore Sailors are a dedicated community of women sailors who explore the world's oceans and advocate for gender equality and female empowerment in the sailing world.
