After the great success of the Hallberg-Rassy with the HR 44 and the HR 340, there is now a new, luxurious cruising sailboat on the market, the Hallberg-Rassy 57. It combines the proven Hallberg-Rassy concept with the latest Frers design. The new Hallberg-Rassy guarantees fast, comfortable and easy sailing with high performance.
The foredeck of the HR 57 in front of the mast is completely flat, all skylights and deck hatches are installed flush. The roller furling system for the headsail and the anchor winch are installed below deck, resulting in a tidy and clean deck. On the deck above the aft cabin there is an additional sun lounger for all sun worshippers. The HR 57 also offers the fold-down bathing platform typical of yachts in this segment.
Protected cockpit Thanks to the high coaming and windscreen, the voluminous centre cockpit offers plenty of space, well protected from splashing water. A double steering system in the aft cockpit area, which is used by Hallberg-Rassy for the first time on a yacht with a centre cockpit, is used to control the self-adjusting double rudder system, which is already used in the 44 and 340 and makes the yacht easy to handle in any position. In general, the new Hallberg-Rassy is designed for sailing with a small crew. Hydraulic roller mast, electric foresail furling system, electric sheet winches and bow thrusters, which are already fitted as standard, allow the simplest button-operated sailing of this 18.44 metre long yacht.
Two layouts below deck Below deck, the Hallberg-Rassy 57 offers a bright and friendly interior and offers plenty of freedom of movement and storage space. It is available in two different layouts, both offering three spacious double cabins, two bathrooms, a fully equipped galley and a spacious saloon with a navigation corner, they mainly differ in the layout of the saloon and cooking area below deck. A large galley offers ample space for a high quality induction stove, dishwasher, microwave and up to four fridges and freezers. The spacious saloon has a large dining area, a rest area and a separate navigation corner.
Luxurious owner's suite The owner's suite of the HR 57 is located at the aft of the HR 57 and is available with either a large double bed or two single beds. It offers an extreme amount of storage space and has additional seating and an en-suite bathroom with separate shower. A further spacious double cabin can be found in the foreship. Here the owner can choose between a double bed or single beds arranged in a v-shape. The bathroom on port side between forward cabin and saloon is shared with another double cabin with double bed, which is opposite the bathroom on starboard side.
