Düsseldorf, Germany – January 2026 – Blade Outboards, founded by engineers from the boatbuilding, sailing, aerospace, and semiconductor industries, will unveil the HALO 3 and HALO 6 electric outboards at BOOT Düsseldorf 2026. Blending precision engineering with an elevated on-water experience, the HALO series brings a new emotional dimension to electric boating — one defined not only by performance, but by how it feels to pilot.

Electric propulsion has always promised quiet, clean, and green operation. Blade Outboards fulfills that promise while delivering something more: a sense of ease, control, and confidence that comes from hardware designed to disappear into the background and let the water take center stage. Every curve, every control surface, and every interface on the HALO series was developed around the boater, not just the motor.

The HALO’s ergonomic tiller is sculpted for long days on the water, offering a naturally balanced grip and smooth throttle response that feels intuitive from the first touch. The integrated display provides clear real-time readouts without clutter, and the system pairs seamlessly with any NMEA2000 compatible chart plotter or Blade’s smartphone app for route planning, battery insights, geofencing, and performance data. Both the HALO 3 and 6 feature a removable and in-line 1700-watt hour battery. The HALO 3 uses 1200 watts of power to propel boats forward, while the HALO 6 offers 3000 watts of continuous power.
