CPC is building an AUTONOMUS boat, greener and farther!

CPC Shipyard, a family-run business renowned for its technological innovation and commitment to environmental protection, proves its ingenuity once again.

After creating the first electric model, LaPéniche in Alsace, and the first hydrogen-powered boat on the canals of Digoin, the company has unveiled another exceptional model: a boat featuring fully autonomous electric propulsion!

LaPéniche eXP will operate thanks to onboard energy production (14 kW biofuel generator and 1760 W solar panels) and energy storage (1080 liters of biofuel tanks, 1200 liters of fresh water tanks, and 80K LFP battery storage). It will also produce its own fresh water from canal water and treat wastewater.
