WINDELO CATAMARAN – green energies for a sustainable sailing

Our love of the planet has been the driving force behind our environmentally friendly boats. We board innovative boats, built mainly of recycled and bio-sourced materials. Our aim is to reduce the environmental impact of our catamarans by 50%. This goal is achieved through several technical innovations implemented on our boats (eco-friendly composite, boat weight, motorization, and other features). 
Building a boat that works in harmony with nature lies at the heart of the Windelo concept. To achieve this an electric motor is essential – yet it is also vital to have a good cruising range. With green energy – hydro generation, solar panels, wind turbines, and generators – the Windelo can cruise more than 1100 nautical miles at 6kn under power.
