Virtual Reality at the Dive Center
The multiple award-winning Virtual Reality Project theBlu by Wevr captivates the viewer with magical sea worlds and enables virtual encounters with impressive underwater creatures and worlds. The VR worlds of Wevr can also be experienced in the National History Museum of Los Angeles and in the Dubai Aquarium. boot Düsseldorf is Germany's first exhibition venue for theBlu.
Take a dive!
During boot Düsseldorf 2019 there will be five virtual dive sites available in the Dive Center in hall 3. Especially for the visitors, who could not get a slot for a "real" trial dive, this offer should be very appealing. But even for experienced divers and all other fair visitors a virtual dive in theBlu is certainly an experience that won't be quickly forgotten! So: glasses on and dive in!
Deco chamber at the Dive Center
A special attraction at boot 2019 is a decompression chamber for the treatment of diving accidents made by HAUX Lifesupport. Exhibited in a whole container a HAUX-STARCOM can be admired by the visitors at the Dive Center. The visitors can either examine the chamber on their own from inside and outside or join one of the two daily guided tours. Every day at 11:30 and at 15:00, the highly qualified diving physicians of our partner DAN Europe will present the chamber and competently answer the visitors' questions.
About HAUX-STARCOM
The HAUX-STARCOM offers a maximum of space for the chamber occupants with minimum external dimensions due to the flat wall technology used. This makes this chamber particularly suitable for containerisation or installation in ships, trucks or trailers in confined spaces. In addition, the STARCOM offers optimum visual contact between the occupants of the main chamber and the operator through the control panel arranged at the front with integrated viewing window.
