Water sports are an ideal addition to a camping holiday
Campsites are often located by the water, not just on the coast but also inland. Many campers have a great affinity to water anyway and often combine their holidays with various water sports activities. Since boats up to a motorization of 15 HP have been allowed to drive license-free on all national German waterways (inland and coastal) with the exception of the Rhine, it has become a lot easier for campers to get on board and out on the water and use boating as a welcome upgrade to their favourite type of holiday.
Large variety of mobile water sports activities
In addition to trailerable boats, mobile water sports offer a wide range of activities on, around or in the water, which can be perfectly combined with a holiday on camping sites by lakes, rivers or the coast. Stand up paddling boards, which are also available in inflatable versions, are the easiest to stow away and transport. Kiteboarding does not pose any major logistic challenges to campers either. Surfboards and canoes are also often seen as accessories on camping holidays, as they are easy to transport on roof racks. All these water sports activities are easy to learn and do not require large investments to get started.

Exhibited boats & engines illustrate the possibilities
At the show stand visitors will get all the information they need about boating. In addition to eight outboard engines in the 15 HP range, Z NAUTIC S.A.S.U. will provide a matching inflatable boat (Zodiac Cadet 310 Aero). Customers will thus be presented with a complete package "inflatable boat with outboard motor", which can be easily packed into a motorhome.
The German Marine Industries Federation (Bundesverband Wassersportwirtschaft e.V.) is using the Caravan Salon for the seventh time now to inform trade fair visitors and exhibitors about the uncomplicated possibilities for combining boating and camping holidays and upgrading your own holiday that way.
VR boat simulator returns to the show
A special highlight this year is the boat simulator, which can be tested free of charge at the stand. With virtual reality glasses in front of your eyes, steering wheel and throttle in your hands, you can experience a ride up the Rhine towards the Düsseldorf Trade Fair Centre. Even if there is no water involved, the whole thing takes place in colour and 3D, which is almost as exciting as a real boat trip. Additionally, there will be a raffle at the stand with daily prizes from Brunswick, MARX-Technik, Honda, Yamaha, the German automobile club ADAC and a fantastic top prize from Z NAUTIC S.A.S.U. (inflatable Zodiac Cadet 310 Aero), so that the fun on the water can start right away.
