The "boot Easter Raffle" is organised by Messe Düsseldorf GmbH, Messeplatz, Stockumer Kirchstraße 61, 40474 Düsseldorf, Germany.
The competition will be held between 08.04.2020 and 19.04.2020 (23:59 hrs). Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of Messe Düsseldorf GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Participation is voluntary and free of charge. Participants (hereinafter referred to as persons, both male and female) only have to bear the costs associated with participation via the Internet (user fee for Internet connection).
Participation can be done via the Facebook or Instagram channel of boot Düsseldorf. In order to participate, it is necessary that the participant sends a photo or video showing how he/she does or imitates water sports at home. Unless otherwise stated, participation on Facebook is done by posting a photo or video in the comment area of the raffle posting.
Participation on Instagram is by posting your own post or story, using the #WatersportsAtHome hashtag and tagging the boot Instagram channel, unless otherwise stated. Participation is only allowed with one account. A participation via lottery services, automated mass participation procedures of third parties, via agencies or via other commercial providers is not allowed.
Only those who meet all requirements have the chance to win the prize. boot Düsseldorf will select three winners from all participants, who will each receive a package of boot merchandise articles. The determination of the winners will be carried out under exclusion of legal action. The prize can only be claimed as described, is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash. The winners will be notified on Facebook and/or Instagram and asked to send their addresses to boot Düsseldorf by private message, so that the prize can be sent. Messe Düsseldorf GmbH reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time or to interrupt or terminate the raffle in whole or in part for good cause without prior notice. This shall apply in particular if circumstances exist which could disrupt or prevent the competition or draw from running according to plan, such as the occurrence of computer viruses, software and/or hardware errors and/or for other technical reasons, which result in a not inconsiderable impairment.
