The World of Paddling stage is located directly on the river, where experts share information on canoeing as a competitive sport, canoe clubs and insider tips for kayaking routes.

Véronique Musumeci, also known as SupandSee, is a passionate traveler who has visited over 118 countries and finds happiness in nature.
Since discovering stand-up paddleboarding in 2017, she has been exploring rivers, canals, and lakes—especially in Belgium—from a new perspective. In her books “SupandSee Belgique,” she shares her favorite places and practical tips.
Her goal is to rediscover the world from her paddleboard; so far, she has traveled on the water in 20 countries.
Lars Thierling
SUP-Instructor
Lars Thierling is a SUP instructor at Paddeln macht Spass. In addition to his SUP school on Lake Harik, he guides groups through major European cities, helping them discover these cities from the water. With SUP & Culture, he combines the leisurely, athletic aspect with the cultural sights of each metropolis. In 2025, he will be heading across the pond: a group led by Lars will be paddling in northern Orlando, Florida, where they will encounter manatees, among other things. High ropes course
At the World of Paddling in Hall 14, E40.1 / E40.7 is the high ropes course for children over 1.40 meters tall. Climbing daily and without advance booking.

Canoe tours stand for pure nature and relaxation, attracting solitude-loving individualists as well as sociable natures who appreciate leisure experiences with family, friends or in a club.
Discover everything you need for the various canoe sports at the World of Paddling. The exhibitors will show and explain the different types of canoes and the right equipment for every purpose and every area.
If you don't yet have your own canoe, you can book a canoe tour on beautiful rivers, canals and lakes in Germany or abroad with the specialist tour operators at World of Paddling. For a paddling tour at the weekend or a whole vacation by canoe.
Experience paddling live
The boot canoe course in Hall 14 is open all day for young and old. The exhibitors are looking forward to making the boats available to you for test rides. Get in the boat and paddle off in the World of Paddling. Information about canoeing as a competitive sport and about canoe clubs is available in the "Canoe Café" of the German Canoe Association right next to the river course.
