Recording of the BlueInvest Thematic Workshop | Green Nautical Technologies
The BlueInvest Workshop on Green Nautical Technologies, organised with the European Commission and PwC, featured blue economy investors, industry experts, panel discussions and pitch sessions by boating industry start-ups. The aim is to encourage public and private investment for the sustainable and digital transformation of the recreational boating industry.
The workshop shall aim to:
Feature key players and initiatives to demonstrate the way forward for boosting innovation and investment into green nautical technologies in Europe
Provide a capacity building component to support SMEs and mature start-ups with their investment readiness
Increase investor awareness in developments on sustainable boating, and promote European technologies and projects with high potential

La Bella Verde (Spain) charters solar electric catamarans and expanded to construction & sales of new vessels and Refits, including the world’s first 100% recyclable composite boat in serial production.
Remigo (Slovenia), develops Remigo1, the first user-friendly, compact, powerful and stylish small electric outboard motor.
BluEnergy (Italy) develops H2Boat Energy Pack, a system of storage of energy produced from renewable sources for sailing & leisure boats.
Seasy (Austria), operates an online booking platform which connects sailors with marinas and facilitates the daily lives of sailors, marinas and yachting ports.
B2B Matchmaking
As part of the BlueInvest Thematic Workshop on Green Nautical Technologies, we will be offering online B2B sessions. B2B meetings are an opportunity to introduce your company or fund to other attendees in short 15-minute 1:1 sessions. SMEs & Start-ups, Investors and other stakeholders can register for 15-minute sessions.
You will be able to sign up for B2B meetings three weeks prior to the event. Shortly before the event, each participant will receive a personalized meeting schedule.
