FAURECIA is the new majority shareholder of HELLA worldwide

The acquisition of HELLA has been successfully completed by FAURECIA at the close of January 2022. Faurecia has acquired almost 80 percent of the shares in HELLA and is the new majority shareholder. This transaction creates a business ranked as the world’s seventh largest automotive supplier. All HELLA companies will continue to operate as legally independent entities for the time being.

To identify the close ties between HELLA and FAURECIA, both companies will be referred to by the new umbrella brand "FORVIA". The HELLA brand will continue on all product as clients recognise it today.
