Over the past 30 years, Michael has repeatedly traveled the world on yachts. First as a deckhand across the South Pacific, then as a skipper on transfers and charter trips. After that, he spent many, many years as a journalist in almost all charter areas around the world. Now, as a partner and co-owner of BLAUWASSER.DE, he has been in charge of the travel and charter department for a good five years – and he remains convinced that there is no such thing as a favorite area, but there is such a thing as the perfect area for the next trip.

Hannes Jaenicke

Actor and environmentalist

Actor and environmentalist Hannes Jaenicke has been campaigning for climate protection, species conservation and sustainability for many years. Through his Pelorus Jack Foundation, he supports people and organisations who are at the forefront of the fight to preserve nature.

Sailor, boat purchasing consultant

Marie Schneider assists boat buyers across Europe, whether they are looking for a weekend cruiser or a vessel for sailing around the world. On her YouTube channel “MARIETIM,” she publishes sailing and refit videos as well as tips on buying a boat.

Dr. Stefanie Kamke

Dr. Stefanie Kamke is a physician in Bremen and has been an enthusiastic sailor since her youth. She sails with her partner on their shared Swan 48 VELLAMO during vacations. In between, she can often be found on other yachts and in different sailing areas. Stefanie is a medical consultant and author for the BLAUWASSER.DE editorial team.
