Dear Sir or Madam, we have the pleasure to contact you with this e-mail to inform you about the handling of the event boot Düsseldorf 2022, which unfortunately had to be cancelled due to an official ban. According to the Conditions of Participation agreed between us (see Item 18 General Section), in such a case you will be required to pay an amount equal to the cancellation fee also specified in the Conditions of Participation. According to Item 7 of the Special Conditions of Participation, this is € 1,800.00. The invoices with the costs for the stand area will be credited and you will receive a new invoice about € 1,800.00. We will start with this reversal from mid-February!
