Don't forget to apply for your visa as soon as possible.

Due to the high number of visa requests, visa appointments are currently fully booked. We therefore recommend that you send your visa application well in advance for all your upcoming business travels to Germany. Visa applications can be sent up to six months ahead of the travel dates. The German Consulate is trying their best to honour all visa requests for business commuters travelling to shows in Germany.
As new appointments are opening up continuously, we recommend that you check the availability multiple times a day. The best chance to get an appointment slot is in the mornings.

Admission Vouchers
|
|
If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.
|

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following changes:
• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the boot online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible. Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket.
Free travel to and from events at the Düsseldorf venue by local public transport, which was previously included in admission tickets, will no longer be possible since January 2022, a ticket must be purchased. For more information, visit www.messe-duesseldorf.com/arrival. Travelling by train
For long-distance travel, the Deutsche Bahn event ticket is an inexpensive and simple alternative.

Advertising on the Exhibition Grounds
|
|
Place your message where everyone will see it, for example in entryways, footbridges, or on an escalator handrail. Customers love to be surprised. And there is plenty of room for your ideas: on billboards, city light posters, paper towel dispensers and much more. It’s best to order now – the best spots are extremely popular. The order deadline is 26 December 2022.

For this reason, we would like to ask you to place orders for stand construction as soon as possible. Unfortunately. We can only guarantee implementation if we receive orders early in advance.

Digitization of Parking Permits
|
|
Our new service for you: From now on, you will receive your parking cards exclusively digitally – and no longer by post. You can easily download your parking cards as a PDF via the Online Order System (OOS), forward them and print them out. Reserve a trade fair parking spot online.

Traffic Regulations
|

This allows you to inform your suppliers in plenty of time. Please familiarize yourself with the traffic regulations on the exhibition grounds. You will find out when you may access the grounds, which trucks are allowed to enter and how the Düsseldorf environmental zone is controlled.

Freight Forwarding Services
|
|
Please note that is not permitted to operate your own cranes and forklift trucks on the fairgrounds. Forklift trucks, cranes or other heavy equipment as well as services like the transportation of exhibits, stand structures etc. incl. the supply of any auxiliary equipment can only be ordered from the forwarding agents appointed by us at the premises.

We are currently seeing an increasing number of fake invoices being sent out to exhibitors. These invoices aim to give the impression of being connected with your trade fair participation and use the logos and trademarks of Messe Düsseldorf and/or its partners for this purpose.
Please only pay invoices that you can clearly attribute to an order you have placed with Messe Düsseldorf or our partners (customer number) and compare bank details with the accounts of Messe Düsseldorf (www.messe-duesseldorf.de).
