Welcome to the final stages of preparing for your trade fair – in just five weeks’ time, you will be greeting your guests at boot 2024.

This is the right time for you to provide journalists with some initial information about your products and services. Our press service makes it easy for you to engage with the media in a targeted manner regarding your trade fair topics.

Please note that a late-order surcharge of 35% will be applied to orders for technical services received after 20 December 2023.

Our exhibitor passes are available digitally. The passes offer many benefits to make your trade fair experience easier. You will automatically receive your free exhibitor voucher code by e-mail and distribute them to your employees. They can easily redeem the codes online. If the free codes are not enough, you can still buy exhibitor voucher codes in the online order system until the last day of the fair.

The Düsseldorf Ticket from Rheinbahn and Messe Düsseldorf
For exhibitors and visitors, we offer a convenient and easy way to purchase a so-called Düsseldorf Ticket for travel by public transport in Düsseldorf. An ideal supplement to the exhibitor pass/entrance ticket, as travel to and from the event is not included.

The Düsseldorf-Ticket of Messe Düsseldorf and Rheinbahn is valid in the entire city of Düsseldorf and on the day of your visit the ticket entitles the holder to travel to and from the trade fair and also to an unlimited number of journeys within the city area until 3:00 a.m. on the following day.

You can purchase as many personalized tickets as you wish, for example for your stand personnel or other colleagues. Available are day tickets or a season ticket valid during the trade fair.

Please note that the Düsseldorf Ticket is valid in the entire Düsseldorf city area (price level A3). For trips beyond the city limits, we recommend the eezy ticket, available in the Rheinbahn App, or the other Rheinbahn ticket offers.

The new “Business-HOTSPOT” products offer you all possibilities. Please note: operating your own Access Points / WiFi routers at the Exhibition Centre is not permitted. Installation of this kind by exhibitors or third parties is not authorised by Messe Düsseldorf.
