Welcome to the final stages of preparing for your trade fair – in just under five weeks’ time, you will be welcoming your guests. We are therefore sharing a few more tips and deadlines today that are important for you.

Please note that a late-order surcharge of 35% will be applied to orders for technical services received after 18 December 2024.

We would also like to inform you about a new service: Free WiFi with every exhibitor pass! 1 GB data volume with 15 Mbit/s downstream and 5 Mbit/s upstream is now included for the duration of the trade fair via a Wi-Fi code on every exhibitor pass.

Goodbye and see you next year! We will be here for you again after the Christmas break (21 December to 1 January) on Thursday, 2 January 2025. We wish you a merry Christmas and all the best for the new year.

Here’s how to be ideally prepared for any risk: with accident and liability insurance for your employees, and exhibition insurance for your stand and exhibits. Hedge your bets in the night hours as well – get technical coverage for your stand, or have it monitored by security guards. And always keep an eye on your valuable stand equipment.
