Product category: Diving Suits / Jackets

The One Endurance is made of softdura material, that is robust against abrasion, but yet flexible in use. It is a good choice also for diving in cold water, because of the fabric. The suits have a telescope waist structure which means inside the suit there are integrated braces and together with the crotch strap they form a telescope waist. Thanks to this telescope waist construction of the suit, it feels like a normal cloth and ensures that the suit adjusts to the user's movements. The front zipper allows you easily to dress the suit without outside help. The cover on the zipper protects the jacket from rubbing and keeps the zipper clean from sand and dirt. The warm neck structure keeps the separate hood in right place. Since the warm neck is not attached to the seam of the seal any kind of hood can be used, even the one with longer collar. This unique structure ensures that you can use the suit also in a really cold water. The suit is equipped with Si Tech inlet and outlet valves. Bellow type pockets on both thighs, divided in two sections. The pocket flap is designed so that it is easy to open even with dry gloves on. Round shape of the pocket is stylish but also pratical in use. As a standard there is also a small pocket in the flap with zip closure. The suit has Tech Dry Boots that are lightweight and flexible. Cordura reinforcements on shoulders, elbows, bottom and knees.

The Axiom is a durable, full-featured BC that boasts amazing comfort and fit. This ADV style, wrap-around jacket has a super streamlined air cell and gets its noticeable comfort and support from Aqua Lung’s proprietary Wrapture™ harness system (pat. pend.). The Wrapture allows you to stand up straight in total comfort while the cylinder remains perfectly vertical and pulled in close. This comfort, along with the innovative GripLock™ tank band and the SureLock integrated weight system will make the Axiom the new standard for recreational divers. Wrapture Harness System (pat. pend.) – Using patented swivel shoulder buckles and a proprietary, ultra-thin back plate, the Wrapture provides unsurpassed comfort and stability. Wrapture prevents the BC from “riding-up” on the surface. Out of the water, the Wrapture keeps the cylinder close to your center of gravity and transfers the weight to your hips. The result is the ability to stand up straight with a cylinder that is perfectly vertical. SureLock II Mechanical Weight Release System (patented) – provides a safe, single-pull release. Inserting weight is as simple as insert and “click”. With SureLock, your weights are secure in the BC. Once engaged, the only way to release the weight is to pull on the handle.
The GripLock Tank Band is a strong, secure way to attach the cylinder to the BC. Gone are the days of complicated web weaving through multi-slot buckles. Predetermined détente settings make set-up simple. No adjustments are necessary when switching cylinders of the same diameter. Best of all, you don’t have to worry about pinching your fingers with GripLock’s innovative finger saver feature (pat. pend.).
Uses a super streamlined air cell design making it one of the most streamlined jacket style BCs in the world.
The low profile flat valves reduce drag when moving through the water.
A bladder retraction system is used to pull in the sides of the bladder during deflation. This keeps unit streamlined and reduces drag.
The chest strap can be adjusted for personal comfort
Fixed pockets on the tank band increase weight capacity and help provide proper trim in the water.
A scooped octo-pocket on the top, front of the right lobe makes it easy to stow and deploy an octopus. The octopus remains visible and accessible throughout the dive.
Some divers may find it useful to run their instruments behind the left pocket and out the scooped opening on the top, front of the lobe.
Large, easy-to-access, utility pockets found on either side of the Axiom are secured with zippers
Knife attachment points are found on the left lobe which will accommodate many of the Aqua Lung knives. This location provides easy access to the knife.
Features 5 stainless steel D-rings and 1 plastic D-ring for all of your accessories.
Right shoulder pull dump is easy to locate and use.

About us

Company details

The Ursuit story began in 1964 in Turku, Finland from a modest little dive shop downtown that displayed the finest diving equipment of the time, including neoprene wetsuits, of course. The back room of the shop served as a factory in which the suits were hand cut for each customer individually.

The 1970s saw a continuation of the era dominated by neoprene. The 3-mm suits were an absolute hit among Finnish water sports enthusiasts. One of the company's great prides was its line of modern windsurfing suits.

With time, and growing success, a more durable suit material, double lined neoprene, was added to the already impressive selection. With the confidence gained from past successes, Ursuit also signed its first export deal with the Swedish company Watski.

Soon the company had grown so much that it was forced to move to new premises, which became its headquarters for the next 35 years.

In the 1980s, product development continued, and the company's range came to include the 6h SOLAS immersion suits. The next decade, in turn, saw the focus shift to more breathable and comfortable dry materials. The new millennium brought with it Heavy Light, the first Ursuit diving drysuit, as well as a new patented innovation, a two-piece drysuit, Ursuit Gemino.

Ursuit's current premises in the Lauste district of Turku were completed in 2008. The impressive facility covers an area of 2,500 m2 and employs over 70 skilled professionals. Nonetheless, the original vision from 1964 remains the same: Ursuit manufactures absolute safety combined with first-rate comfort.

Ursuk Oy changed the company name to Ursuit Oy in october 2018.

From the very beginning, our first and foremost aim has been to listen and to understand our customers. This has also been defined as one of our core values. We strive to be a trusted partner to all our customers. If we can be confident in what we do, our customers will do the same. We aim towards excellence in all our activities: By continuously renewing and evolving we will be the leader in our field of business, and can produce top-quality products.

Recently, we asked our employees how they see the company they work in: According to them Ursuit equals high-quality work, skilled and professional people, and internationality. Ursuit is a company that succeeds through cooperation and uniqueness – by being a little out-of-the-ordinary – and by having an excellent concept. Our employees believe that we can be taken seriously, and that we represent Finnish cutting-edge know-how in products designed for extreme conditions. Some even admitted that Ursuit is a way of life, and it's true that we do also have fun together.

It's our dream that everyone would embark on their adventures on water wearing a drysuit. Nowadays, nobody questions, for example, the necessity of wearing a seatbelt while driving a car. You buckle it without giving it a second thought. However, this was not the situation not that many decades ago. We feel that the safety related to activities on and under water can still be improved in so many ways, and we admit that, with our vision, we are aiming high because we know that wearing appropriate gear creates safety but, what's more important, comfort.

In the future we are expanding our horizons even further. Our mission is to offer our growing customer-base products with superior quality that protect them against all elements of nature. Extreme conditions are a state of mind and staying dry is a state of being. Ursuit creates safety and comfort on land, at sea and in the open air. The reason for our existence is to help you to perform well as a professional, to enjoy a sport that you love, and to be comfortable that you can rely on your gear, regardless of the conditions.
