This highly innovative long distance cruising yacht is notable for being the first superyacht to be fitted with a transverse Dynamic Stability System foil, designed to reduce heel angle, increase speed and dampen pitching to improve comfort.

She is also fitted with a sophisticated diesel electric propulsion and hydro-generating system reducing the use of fossil fuel and enabling the yacht to be used for long periods in ‘silent’ mode.

Vibration and noise levels are further reduced by using an electric propulsion motor powered by lithium ion batteries charged by a combination of traditional generators and propeller driven hydro-generation.
Canova is designed to sail quickly, comfortably and efficiently and in addition her owner wants to be able to maintain and service the yacht without the need for specialist shipyard help in remote parts of the world.

The combination of her large deck saloon, which forms the focal point of her accommodation, and her large, well-appointed cockpit which is protected by a long solid bimini, provides a superb living space while sailing.

An impressive package of new technology will make her a genuinely remarkable project, underlining the company’s position as the world’s leading builder of super-sailing yachts.

Baltic Yachts has been commissioned to build an advanced composite 117ft (39.6m) Custom Classic sloop from the board of renowned Dutch designers Dykstra Naval Architects.

The yacht has distinctive pilot cutter-style features, including a straight stem, bowsprit, counter stern and deep bulwarks, but a very modern approach to emissions and the environment.

There will be a notable emphasis on efficiency with features such as ‘smart’ cabins, designed to automatically minimise power consumption when unoccupied, and air conditioning energy waste re-cycled to heat water.

With an electric propulsion system powered by a lithium ion battery bank this global cruising yacht will be able to operate in ‘silent’ mode for long periods.
Commissioned by an experienced yachtsman, the yacht will be built to a DNV GL unlimited worldwide charter code enabling guests to cross oceans and sail almost anywhere. The yacht is designed with an owner’s suite forward and three double guest cabins. Crew accommodation for six will be arranged aft.

Naval Architects describes the yacht as a pilot cutter with ‘timeless elegance’. deVosdeVries design is styling the ‘light and contemporary’ interior using stained oak, dark bog oak trims and ‘industrial chic hardware’.

Building will commence in early autumn this year with launch and delivery expected in 2021.

When she was commissioned this was the third largest yacht by volume Baltic Yachts had ever been asked to build. Designed for long distance global cruising she benefits from all the advanced composite construction techniques available at the yard.

Designed with an owners’ double cabin and three double guest cabins in the mid and forward areas, the yacht accommodates seven crew in four cabins in the aft quarters.
With a lifting keel reducing draft to just 3.4m (11ft) the yacht features twin rudders. On deck a solid bimini extends from the large deck saloon to protect the main cockpit and there is a separate bimini over the twin steering positions.

Other features include a tender well on the foredeck, a fold-over anchor system, a large stern lazarette, captive winches and a 550hp main engine driving a forward facing pull propeller which can be rotated to avoid the need for a stern thruster.

A fast, easy to handle cruising yacht benefitting from the highest quality carbon fibre construction, 44 years of seamanlike design experience and the opportunity for owners to customise layout.
This new performance bluewater cruiser is designed to meet the demands of owners looking for a fast, easy to sail, good looking, long distance cruising yacht displaying seamanlike design throughout and benefitting from the carbon fibre engineering and building skills perfected by Baltic Yachts over 44 years.

By using sandwich construction with carbon Epoxy Sprint to produce a strong, light structure the Baltic 67 Performance Cruiser will not only ensure comfortable cruising, but also sail fast in the light to moderate downwind conditions prevailing in typical ocean crossings. For anyone contemplating comfortable, speedy ocean sailing this yacht provides you with a genuine performance edge.
Those who wish take part in competitive events will find this yacht extremely effective without having to convert to race mode.

By using a uniform design for the hull, build time can be significantly reduced and still provides the clients with a chance to personalise the yacht’s interior to suit their needs and taste.

With her relatively light displacement, easily-driven hull and low rig loads, the Baltic 67PC will be a safe and easy yacht to handle for a short-handed crew.

This fast, easy to handle cruising yacht was successfully launched in July 2018. Designed by Dixon Yacht Design, which has a particular affinity for the requirements of yachts intended for comfortable cruising, the silver-hulled Baltic 85 Custom has shown an impressive turn of speed.

Displacing just 50 tons, light-ship, she’s constructed of an E-Glass outer skin, a carbon inner skin and a foam core with lightweight carbon bulkheads and panels used throughout. A telescopic lifting keel with an 11.39-ton bulb reduces draft to a useful 3m.
Through detailed space planning and a high quality specification, this mini-superyacht has not compromised on comfort. She offers genuinely exciting sailing with ease of handling, which should appeal to the growing number of clients looking for a greater level of simplicity in a superyacht.

The yacht’s accommodation, with clean, modern styling by Mark Whiteley Design, includes a light and airy saloon, a large owner’s suite forward with one twin guest cabin all finished in a beautiful pear wood. Detailed planning has resulted in an unusually large amount of space for the owners and their guests giving the impression below of a much larger yacht.

Designed for crossing oceans quickly and easily, Manyeleti was the first example of the Baltic 67 Performance Cruiser to be launched. With her high build quality, light displacement, easy to handle rig, including in-boom furling, lifting keel and spacious accommodation for seven, she provides the ideal platform for fast, bluewater cruising.

The key design aim was to enable downwind sailing in light to medium airs without recourse to the engine.
There are numerous accommodation layouts and décor options with this example arranged with the owner’s cabin right forward with an offset double berth to port. The 67PC is designed with a dedicated room for ancillary equipment like water maker, chargers, inverters, pumps and compressors.

This 78ft semi-planing motor yacht was conceived for offshore cruising, combining stunning interior and exterior styling with a versatile hull design providing efficiency under power and a luxurious living platform at rest.

Bill and Me’s narrow beam is fundamental to the yacht’s easily driven hull. She’s powered by twin Volvo diesels driving through IPS 800 Duo-props for further efficiency.

A lot has been worked into her accommodation including a stern garage for a tender and a well-equipped galley featuring a dumb waiter leading to the deck saloon.
The yacht features striking photographic studies and specialist stucco panelling, putting the yacht in an interior design class of her own.

Key features on deck include a remarkable reflective glass deck superstructure housing the wheelhouse and deck saloon. Deep bulwarks provide great protection while custom stainless steel work, including a unique 3D printed stainless steel pushpit and pulpit design, enhances the yacht’s contemporary look.
