Our products

Product category: Pontoons

Heavy duty pontoons

Heavy duty pontoons are intended for use in boat and yacht marinas that are protected naturally or by a breakwater, where the permitted wave height is up to 0.5 m.

Heavy duty pontoons are very stable and with high load-bearing capacity, which means they can also be used as breakwaters or floating platforms. In the latter case, for example, a shelter, a floating house or a floating sauna can be built on top.

Timber pontoons with concrete float

The timber pontoons with concrete floats have a high load-carrying capacity and are stable and durable.

Suitable for use in boat or yacht harbours that are in closed port basins (protected with a breakwater); they are also ideal for the construction of floating platforms and houses.

We manufacture timber pontoons with concrete floats in three standard widths: 2.4 m, 3 m and 3.2 m. The freeboard height is 0.5–0.7 m and we build the length according to your needs. We select the EPS foam filled concrete floats according to the desired load capacity.

For mooring, boat booms, mooring fingers or anchor buoys can be fitted to the pontoon.

All metal parts have been been made resistant to weathering with hot-dip galvanizing and the load-bearing structure is made of impregnated softwood. In addition, the wood materials used are sorted by strength and finger-jointed, ensuring top-notch quality and durability.

Accessories: fenders, ladders, side decking, railings, mooring rings or bollards, a lifebuoy set and lighting posts. Noble wood decking and LED-lit bollards are available for those looking for an especially exclusive look.

Boat pontoons

Boat pontoons with plastic floats are intended for use in marinas on inland waterways. Vessels can be moored comfortably with boat booms, buoys or straight from the boat.

Using standard modules, you can create a boat pontoon with a suitable length, shape and load capacity (see the examples below), and you can successfully use the floats under a floating sauna or a floating platform. An existing pontoon can be extended later in length and width.

Boat pontoons come in three standard widths: 2.4 m, 3 m and 3.2 m and three standard lengths: 6 m, 8 m and 10 m.

The boat pontoon can be positioned horizontally or longitudinally with the bank, and anchored with concrete anchors, mooring chains, mooring piles or mooring diagonals.

The strong load-bearing structure is made of deep-impregnated softwood and the decking is profiled to avoid sliding. Additionally, the wood materials used are sorted by strength and finger-jointed, which guarantees top-class quality and durability.

All metal parts have been made resistant to environmental impacts with hot-dip galvanizing.

Boat pontoon floats are manufactured using rotational molding and filled with EPS foam, making them resistant to UV rays, ice and hits from rocks.

A range of accessories are available, including side decking, ladders, railings, fenders, mooring rings, lighting posts and a lifebuoy set. You can make your pontoon especially exclusive with noble wood decking or LED-lit bollards.

Swimming pontoons ECO

The swimming pontoon ECO is a long-term cost-effective solution that suits perfectly as a swimming pontoon or boat pontoon for home and is ideal for beaches of inland waterways.

Using standard modules, you can create a swimming pontoon with a suitable length, shape and load capacity (see the examples below). You can successfully use the floats under a floating sauna or a floating platform. An existing pontoon can be extended later in length and width.

The standard width of the swimming pontoon ECO is 2 m and the standard lengths are 4 m, 5 m and 6 m.

The ECO pontoon can be positioned horizontally or longitudinally with the bank, and pontoons with one module can be anchored if you have a strong abutment. Longer structures are anchored using concrete anchors, mooring chains, mooring piles or mooring diagonals.

The strong load-bearing structure is made of deep-impregnated softwood and the decking is profiled to avoid sliding. Also, the wood materials used are sorted by strength and finger-jointed, which guarantee top-notch quality and durability.

All metal parts have been made resistant to environmental impacts with hot-dip galvanizing.

The ECO 400 l plastic floats are manufactured using rotational molding, making them resistant to UV rays, ice and hits from rocks. Floats are empty inside, making them light and easy to handle. The floats have a very low draft and are suitable for waterways with fluctuating water levels or on swampy soil.

Thanks to its compact size, it’s easy to transport the swimming pontoon yourself. The installation can be ordered from us, or you can do it quite easily by yourself (read more information).

A range of accessories are available, including side decking, ladders, railings, fenders, mooring rings, lighting posts and a lifebuoy set. You can make your pontoon especially exclusive with noble wood decking or LED-lit bollards.

Mooring fingers

Mooring fingers ensures the most secure fastening of vessels. The boom consists of a hot-dip galvanized metal frame, plastic floats, boom tip and wooden decking.

300-liter EPS-foam-filled sinking-proof plastic floats guarantee a high load capacity and, thanks to their conical shape, they are not endangered by ice or freezing during the winter. The wooden part is made of deep-impregnated pine wood and the decking is profiled to avoid sliding.

The boom is fitted to the pontoon by means of hinges or rubber connections that provide soundless connection.

For mooring vessels, the mooring fingers can be fitted with mooring rings or T-bollards.

Floating houses

Floating houses are intended for use on inland waterways and in naturally protected areas or in marinas protected by breakwaters.

A house can be built on any of the pontoons produced by us. We will select the appropriate pontoon based on these three conditions:

on which waterbody the floating house will be located on and what are the natural conditions like there;
 what is the structure of the house like;
how big will the house be.
By ordering a floating house, its best if you had an idea of the house’s layout, as this allows us to design the optimal water and sewage system from the start.
