Solar modules 24V semi flexible | Series-20/40 24V

24V marine solar modules for charging 24V batteries. Optionally with cable connection on the front or rear side.
To avoid connecting two 12V solar modules in series, four bypass diodes are integrated in the module laminate (to protect against the HotSpot effect), so that no external cell protection is required.

Cable connection front side:
Solar modules 24V: SW-22146 with 84 Wp and SW-22145 with 60 Wp power.
Cable connection rear side:
Solar modules 24V SW-42146 with 84 Wp and SW-42145 with 60 Wp power

All 24V solar modules have a cable outlet with only one connection cable. Simply screw, glue or attach to the deck with SunWare clips. An aluminum sandwich core as a carrier plate protects the solar cells from cell breakage
The semi-flexible 24V solar module adapts perfectly to curved surfaces - the maximum curvature of 3cm/meter module length must not be exceeded.

Installation of solar modules with cable outlet on the rear side | Series-40

Marine solar modules with rear cable outlet for aesthetically sophisticated solar integration on deck
The front side of the modules is completely flat - only 5mm. The Series-40 includes slightly flexible solar modules, which are already pre-treated with 1-K polyurethane adhesives on the back side for bonding on deck. Alternatively, the solar module can also be screwed to the points provided in the carrier plate. No rear ventilation is necessary!

All Series-40 solar modules are lightweight, compact and extremely powerful compared to other solar modules. The crystalline high-performance solar cells are hermetically protected against weathering in an EVA laminate and ETFE cover layers. Even in diffuse light or even in winter, the solar modules produce a high charging current.

The modules are specially designed for rough sea and salt water use. The cable outlet is screwed to the carrier plate and fully encapsulated. Due to the hermetic encapsulation in the module, cells and carrier plate are optimally protected even against aggressive salt water.

Bimini solar panels with textile edge | Series-TX

Marine TX solar modules for bimini, sprayhood and tarpaulin - clip onto the bimini with LOXX, plug in - done!
The TX series includes ltX modules have been specially developed for mounting on bimini or sprayhoods. Quick-release fasteners, LOXX tops, are inserted in the binding tape.

The modules consist of one or more wings. In the case of multi-wing modules, these are firmly connected by textile joints. Each wing of a multi-wing 12V module works independently! This special circuit technology used by SunWare has the following effect: if one element is shaded, the other wings continue to produce full power. In the case of 24V modules, two wings are connected in series and should have the same orientation to the sun.

Included in delivery are: a waterproof plug connection (cable plug / socket), LOXX lower parts and a 10m connection cable for a particularly simple and quick installation. TX advantage: if a TX module is no longer required, it can be quickly removed again - release the coupling on the connection cable, open the LOXX, fold up the module and stow it away. Thanks to the compact dimensions, there is always a place for it. Made in Germany by SunWare.

Battery charger for rigging - Solar panel TX-14152

During longer absences from the boat and in winter storage, the batteries must be maintained - the winter battery charger (solar module TX-14152) protects the battery from deep discharge. Simply pull it up into the rigging, lead the 10m long supply cable into the interior and plug it into the enclosed charge controller FOX-062, which in turn simply plugs into a 12V on-board socket - done!
Throughout the winter, the battery is now charged and maintained by the Winter Solar Charger, the charging power of the TX-14152 is sufficient for a battery capacity of up to 400Ah (12V). A FOX-062 solar charge controller included in the package!
The Winter Battery Charger is equipped with a special construction for installation in the rigging
D-eyes are sewn onto the webbing - breaking load 500kg. The solar module is only sewn to the upper edge of the webbing. At the lower edge, the webbing is only loosely guided, i.e. the forces from tension and stretching of the webbing are not introduced into the module (analogous to the fixed/loose bearing in mechanical engineering). The connection cable is also secured to the module by an additional strain relief. In order to avoid strong swinging in the wind, the module can be additionally braced at the side. FOX Solar Charge Controller Lithium

Modern lithium batteries require new charge controller technologies. The FOX -260_Li is a solar charge controller especially developed for LiFe(Y)PO4 batteries for module currents up to 20 A.
