Campaign stand in cooperation with the German Ocean Foundation
Take the initiative!
The Love Your Ocean initiative, in partnership with the German Ocean Foundation, presents how industry, science, and society can protect the ocean and the climate today.
The action stand in Hall 11 invites visitors—including children—to get involved: from live laboratories with fascinating seagrass ecosystems to demonstrations of ghost net recoveries and interactive exhibits made from marine debris. Numerous organizations are on site to present current projects and engage in conversation with interested parties. Love Your Ocean highlights positive developments and aims to raise awareness for the protection of our oceans.
Showing possibilities
boot Director Petros Michelidakis: "Love Your Ocean is shaking people up. It shows the opportunities that industry, science, and society already have today to protect the ocean and the climate. I am very proud that boot is one of the pioneers in this field and offers a broad platform for the topic." The "Love Your Ocean" stand features 80 environmental associations, companies, and projects that aim to protect our waters and climate. The "Love Your Ocean" stage also hosts exciting talks and presentations.
